How can your employees clock in/ out? Take a look.

1

Show ID card with QR code

Each employee ID card will be encrypted with a QR code unique to that individual. Print identification cards for all of your employees and require them to ‘show’ those cards each time they clock in/ out. The camera on an Android tablet with the POMeTIMEapp will read the QR code on the card(s) and if positively identified, will allow the clocking in/ out process to continue. In the course of doing so, it will also take a picture of the person clocking in/ out and save those pictures for later review online. That will enable you to ascertain the identity of the person clocking in/ out. This process works both online and offline. In case the internet connection is lost, the clocking in/ out is saved on the tablet and once a connection is reestablished, then sent to the web.

2

Show digital ID on your phone

ID cards are easily lost. Instead of printing them, allow each employee to download his/ her digital ID in the form of a QR code on a smart phone. Then the employee simply loads the downloaded QR code image as his/her identification badge. The camera on an Android tablet with the POMeTIMEapp will read the QR code on the smart phone and if positively identified, will allow the clocking in/ out process to continue. This process works both online and offline. In case the internet connection is lost, the clocking in/ out is saved on the tablet and once a connection is reestablished, then sent to the web.

3

Enter user ID and password manually via Android tablet

If you prefer, have each employee manually enter his/ her user identification number and password directly on the Android tablet with the POMeTIMEapp installed. The tablet could be stationary or mobile. The application will compare those numbers to its database of user ID’s and passwords and if positively identified, will allow the clocking in/ out process to continue. This process works both online and offline. In case the internet connection is lost, the clocking in/ out is saved on the tablet and once a connection is reestablished, then sent to the web.

4

Use any computer or tablet

If you prefer, have your employees and contractors enter their user ID’s and passwords manually using any tablet, laptop, or desktop with access to the internet. To achieve that, each one of those users must be ‘allowed’ by you to do so ‘remotely’ and informed of his/ her user ID and password. This is a real time process and if the credentials are positively identified, the program will allow the clocking in/ out process to continue.

5

Use a smart phone remotely

This method of data entry is most suitable when your employees need to clock-in/ out when off-site. Data entry screens accessed through smart phones will allow your employees to enter their user ID’s and passwords. Again, for this to take place, each one of those users must be ‘allowed’ to do so ‘remotely’ by you and informed of their credentials. This is a real time process and if the credentials are positively identified, the program will allow the clocking in/ out process to continue.

6

Use fingerprints as identification

Our newest method of checking in/ out offers the most secure and easy form of identification. The POMeTIME app will read each person’s fingerprint and properly identify employees. This method is in beta testing at present.

We suggest that you, as a prospective buyer, evaluate the many products that are available on the market at the time of your purchase.
